SERVICE + REPAIR:-

We cater for all makes and models of vehicles old and new, starting from a simple oil change service up to a   major service.(All   vehicles serviced by Rollingmotion Ltd   are carried out to manufacturers service schedules   ).

Repair work undertaken, from a   brake relign, to a clutch or timing belt. M.o.t. repairs also undertaken. M.o.t,s arranged by appointment.

Also specialising in B.M.W. and MERCEDES (service, rerpair and diagnostics)

Servicing will includes all   parts and labour and fully guarranteed.

FLEET/CONTRACT WORK:-

We also undertake fleet/contract work, catering for small local business,s in or around the Caerphilly or Cardiff area.

DIAGNOSTICS:-

EML lights, ABS lights, Airbag lights and virtually any other dashboard warning lights can be read, evaluated and reset using state of the art scan tool.

Resetting warning lights can only be reset with owners concent, component raplacement/adjustment and by carrying out manufactures diagnostic procedures.

CHIP TUNING:-

Chip tuning can be carried out on a vast range of vehicles from V.W. to Ferrari. this process is carried out via the 16 pin diagnostic plug which is situated in the vehicle cockpit. The engine management ECU is read, cleared and new tuned file is installed, giving the vehicle optimum performance without having major modifications made to the vehicle. If   the customer wants the vehicle changed back to the original ECU map. The original   ECU map is easily reinstated, at a later date. The customers ECU file will be stored in the companies records. Tuning can be carried out on most Diesel and Petrol engined vehicles. Now covering all Fords petrol and diesel from 96 on, including ka, escort, fiesta, puma,   focus, mondeo, transit.

ROLLING ROAD/CHASSIS DYNAMOMETER:-

Rollingmotion Ltd have recently purchased and installed a Bosch LPS single axle chassis dynamometer. From JPS Motorsport of Staffordshire.All front and rear wheel drive vehicles catered for,   currently reading up to 375   bhp (at the wheels). Power   at wheels and power   at the   flywheel are   recorded on a plotter graph showing your vehicles power curve. Club meets or group tuning also catered for, as well as single vehicles. Also vehicle limiting is carried out for bikes and quads for   the ministry of transport vehicle registration.

MOTORSPORT PREPARATION:-

Rollingmotion Ltd will also prepair vehicles to customer reqirements i.e. performance exhausts, alloy wheels, suspension or engine modifications.
